Nowe Tłoki - Sulechów
Basic parameters and description of the project:
The investment task was divided into two stages:
The new gas pipeline, fulfilling the requirements of the current technical and construction regulations, will require a smaller width of the controlled zone - i.e.
6 m (for the DN300 gas pipeline, 3 m each way from the axis of the pipeline) than the currently operating DN150 gas pipeline, for which the width of the controlled zone is 40 m.

Project route and location:
The project will be located in Wielkopolska and Lubuskie provinces, within the municipalities of:
- high pressure gas pipeline,
- operating pressure: 8.4 MPa,
The investment task was divided into two stages:
- Stage I:
- construction of a DN100 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between ZZU Zbąszyń and SRP Zbąszyń with a total length of approximately 9.1 km in the territory of the Wielkopolska province,
- construction of a DN150 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between ZZU Kielpiny - SRP Kargowa with a total length of about 18.3 km on the territory of the Wielkopolska and Lubuskie provinces.
- Stage II:
- construction of DN300 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between SP Nowe Tłoki - ZP Krężoły with a total length of about 42.9 km on the territory of the Wielkopolska and Lubuskie provinces,
- construction of a DN100 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between ZP Krężoły - SRP Sulechów with a total length of about 1.5 km in the Lubuskie Province,
- construction of a DN150 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between ZZU Łęgowo - SRP Świebodzin with a total length of about 5.3 km in the Lubuskie Province.

Project status:
- On 27.05.2024 an agreement was made with Contractor of Investment Supervision.
- On 21.06.2024 an agreement was made with Contractor of Construction Works.
- Construction works are planned to start in the second half of 2024.
- Planned completion dates:
- Stage I - by the end of 2025
- Stage II - in the second half of 2027
Project route and location:
The project will be located in Wielkopolska and Lubuskie provinces, within the municipalities of:
- Wolsztyn, Siedlec, Zbąszyń (wielkopolskie voivodeship).
- Kargowa, Babimost, Sulechów, Świebodzin (Lubuskie province)
- Improving the safety and reliability of transmission infrastructure
- Protection of environmentally valuable areas, including Natura 2000 areas
- Increasing the capacity of the gas pipeline transmission network in the region
- Ensuring continuity and stability of gas supply
- Enabling new entities to connect to the transmission network
- Annual receipts to the budget of the municipalities through which the gas pipeline will run from property tax, amounting to 2% of the value of the constructed transmission infrastructure located in the territory of a given municipality. This will be an amount regularly flowing into the budget of the Municipality, which can be allocated to the needs of local communities
The project is implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 24 April 2009 on investments in regasification terminal for liquefied natural gas in Świnoujście (for consolidated text see Journal of Laws of 2024, item 551).

Under a special act regulating gas infrastructure projects, compensation payments are guaranteed to the owners of the land affected by the project development.
The compensation payment process is carried out in accordance with an administrative procedure, under the supervision of the competent Voivode. First, an independent expert is commissioned to carry out an assessment, which is the basis for determining the amount of compensation. Upon completion of the construction process, the Voivode issues an administrative decision specifying the amount of compensation due.
