The preliminary concept of the route runs through the area of 12 counties in the provinces:
- high pressure gas pipeline,
- diameter: 1000 mm,
- working pressure: 8,4 MPa,
- length: approx. 280 km

- Part I: Wronów-Rozwadów gas pipeline with a length of about 120 km.
- Part II: Rozwadów-Strachocina gas pipeline with a length of about 160 km

The preliminary concept of the route runs through the area of 12 counties in the provinces:
- lubelskie - counties: puławski, opolski, lubelski, kraśnicki;
- podkarpackie - counties: stalowowolski, niżański, leżajski, łańcucki, przeworski, rzeszowski, brzozowski, sanocki
The gas pipeline is part of an investment program called the Center-East Corridor. Together with the Gustorzyn - Wronów gas pipeline, it will form the main transmission main line in central and southeastern Poland, creating a two-way gas transport route from Lithuania, through Poland to Slovakia, and in the future also reaching Ukraine. This will optimize the operation of the transmission system and ensure security of supply.
The investment is part of the concept of energy transition through the development of the domestic natural gas market and increasing the possibility of connecting industrial consumers, including power and heat generators, to the network.
An important benefit for the local community will be the property tax paid annually by GAZ-SYSTEM in the amount of up to 2% of the value of the transmission infrastructure under construction located in a given municipality. This will be a sum of money regularly flowing into the budget, which can be allocated to the needs of local communities.

The project is implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 24 April 2009 on investments in regasification terminal for liquefied natural gas in Świnoujście (for consolidated text see Journal of Laws of 2024, item 551).
GAZ-SYSTEM is holding information and consultation meetings for property owners who are located in the area of the planned project:
The consultations will be conducted in the form of on-call and individual meetings with residents, with no need for prior registration.
During the talks, interested people will be able to learn about the scope and schedule of the project, the route of the gas pipeline, the procedure for compensation, among other things.

During the talks, interested people will be able to learn about the scope and schedule of the project, the route of the gas pipeline, the procedure for compensation, among other things.
Under a special act regulating gas infrastructure projects, compensation payments are guaranteed to the owners of the land affected by the project development.
The compensation payment process is carried out in accordance with an administrative procedure, under the supervision of the competent Voivode. First, an independent expert is commissioned to carry out an assessment, which is the basis for determining the amount of compensation. Upon completion of the construction process, the Voivode issues an administrative decision specifying the amount of compensation due.
