Project route and location:
The investment will be located in the Mazovian Voivodeship, in the districts of Warsaw West and Pruszków in the following municipalities: Ozarow Mazowiecki, Piastow and Warsaw (Ursus).

- length: approx. 5,1 km.

Project route and location:
The investment will be located in the Mazovian Voivodeship, in the districts of Warsaw West and Pruszków in the following municipalities: Ozarow Mazowiecki, Piastow and Warsaw (Ursus).
The result of the investment will be a safe and modern natural gas transmission infrastructure that will enable increased and stable transmission of natural gas to customers from the electric power sector and distribution operators operating in the Warsaw agglomeration. Increasing the capacity of the transmission system and the possibility of connecting new customers from the Warsaw agglomeration area.
Improving air quality in the capital and neighboring municipalities by reducing emissions of CO2, sulfur and nitrogen oxides, PM2.5 and PM10 particulate matter.
Local communities will gain an important benefit of the revenue from the property tax to be paid annually by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. at the rate of 2% of the value of the pipeline section located in the territory of a given commune.

The project is implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 24 April 2009 on investments in regasification terminal for liquefied natural gas in Świnoujście (for consolidated text see Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1836).
Under a special act regulating gas infrastructure projects, compensation payments are guaranteed to the owners of the land affected by the project development.
The compensation payment process is carried out in accordance with an administrative procedure, under the supervision of the competent Voivode. First, an independent expert is commissioned to carry out an assessment, which is the basis for determining the amount of compensation. Upon completion of the construction process, the Voivode issues an administrative decision specifying the amount of compensation due.
