Reference letters
At GAZ-SYSTEM, we support reliable contractors. At the request of Contractors, we issue letters of reference confirming proper execution of contracts.
The subject of the reference is the evaluation of the performance of a specific contract, and in the case of periodic or continuous services - the evaluation of that part which was received without reservations. In the content of the reference we inform what works, supplies or services they relate to and what was the scope of implementation.
We issue letters of reference only to Contractors who have duly completed the subject of the contract, and the Contractor is not in litigation with GAZ-SYSTEM.
Procedure for issuing references:
- Please send the completed, signed reference request form to: referencje@gaz-system.pl. In the electronic version, the application should be signed with a qualified electronic signature of an authorized person. In the traditional version, the application should be signed and stamped with a name and company stamp.
- We send the reference letter to the email address indicated in the application.
