By decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 16 December 2022 sign:DRG.DRG-2.4212.66.2022. JDo1 Tariff No. 8 for LNG regasification services has been approved. The new tariff rates (reserve prices) will be in force from 1 January 2023 from 6:00 a.m. till 1 January 2024 until 6:00 a.m.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 7 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 17 December 2021, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended), the "Tariff No. 7 for the LNG regasification services" will apply from 1 January 2022 from 6:00 a.m. till 1 January 2023 to 6:00 a.m.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 6 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 17 December 2020, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 6 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 1st January 2021.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 5 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 16 December 2019, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 5 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 1st January 2020.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 4 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 17 December 2018, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 4 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 1st January 2019.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 3 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 14 December 2017, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 3 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 1st January 2018.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 2  for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 13 December 2016, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 2 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 1st January 2017.

On account of the approval of the "Tariff No. 1 for the LNG regasification services" by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office on 2 June 2016, the aforementioned decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office and the contents of the tariff is provided above.

Pursuant to the Article 47 (4) of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended), the "Tariff No. 1 for the LNG regasification services" enters into force on 16 June 2016.
