Services in the NTS

The basic task of GAZ-SYSTEM, as Gas Transmission Operator, is the provision of gas transmission services. This service is performed mainly through the National Transmission Network (NTS) and the Transit Gas Pipeline System (SGT).

GAZ-SYSTEM secures the transmission process and, upon fulfilment of certain conditions, ensures the possibility of connecting interested entities to the transmission network.

All activities related to gas transmission are performed on the basis of EU regulations, national legislation and internal regulations of GAZ-SYSTEM. In accordance with these regulations, the rates, capacities and conditions under which the gas transmission service is provided are determined.
