SGT Network Code

The Transmission Network Code for the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal - Europe (SGT Network Code) has been drawn up by GAZ-SYSTEM in compliance with the requirements of Article 9g of the Energy Law and specifies:
  • detailed terms and conditions of the use of the Transit Gas Pipeline System (SGT) by Shippers (ZUP),
  • the conditions and methods of operating, maintaining and planning the development of the SGT.
 

The latest 6th version of the SGT TNC was approved on May 11, 2023 by the decision No. DRR.WRG. 4322.2.2022.JJa 1 of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (effective date - June1, 2023 at 6:00 a.m.)
 
 

On 29th November 2023, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office issued a decision to amend the Transmission Network Code for the Polish Section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal - Europe (SGT Network Code). The introduced amendment consists in approving the essential provisions of the contract for the provision of gaseous fuel transmission services, constituting Appendix no. 1 to the SGT Network Code.

The effective date of Appendix no. 1 to the SGT Network Code is 1st April 2024 from 06:00 a.m.

Appendix no. 1 to the SGT Network Code – The essential provisions of the contract for the provision of gaseous fuel transmission services – does not impose any new obligations on the shippers. It contains only a set of the essential provisions resulting from the SGT Network Code, the transmission contract, the General Terms and Conditions or the SGT Tariff.
