Reference Gas Price
The RGP is applied in accordance with the provisions of the Tariff for Gas Transmission Services No. 9 of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and the Transmission Network Code (TNC) as a neutral price constituting the basis for settlements on account of:
- illegal and inconsistent consumption of gaseous fuels,
- failure to meet quality parameters of gaseous fuels,
- failure to meet nominations and transportation forecasts.
