Information Exchange System
The main objective of the Information Exchange System is to publish and exchange technical and commercial information between GAZ-SYSTEM and market participants, including:
The IES ensures the security of the information exchanged. The system is accessible through a web browser and all data is transmitted using a secure protocol (HTTPS) with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- shippers,
- Distribution System Operators,
- final customers,
- entities interested in being connected to the transmission network.

The Information Exchange System is structurally divided into three sections:
- The first, i.e. the Customer Zone, accessible after authentication, provides access to data related to the performance of contracts and services for the Customer such as:
- access to submitted applications, issued conditions and concluded connection agreements and amendments,
- access to submitted applications and concluded transmission contracts,
- viewing and submission of nominations and renominations,
- access to operational and settlement data,
- access to balancing information,
- access to invoices,
- access to contact details of GAZ-SYSTEM’ dispatching units.
- The second section – Publications – is available without logging in and provides information available to the general public, published on the GAZ-SYSTEM website, i.e.:
- information on available transmission ability and its short- and long-term projections,
- transmission system map,
- maintenance works planned in the transmission system,
- quality parameters of the transported gaseous fuel,
- others information required under Regulation 715/2009.
- The third section – Contract Database – is intended for internal users (GAZ-SYSTEM employees).
Applications for:
- execution of the transmission contract in respect of the SGT
- capacity/transmission ability allocation (PP/PZ)
- specification of the conditions for connection to the network
- Transmission Network Code (TNC),
- The Transmission Network Code for the Polish section of the Transit Gas Pipeline System Yamal – Europe (SGT Network Code).
To create an IES account for the first user from your organisation, you should
- Draw up a power of attorney for the registration with the IES.
- Draw up a power of attorney for the performance of transactions in the IES in respect of the use of GAZ-SYSTEM’s services to obtain the authorisation rights to apply for a transmission/connection contract/ PP/PZ in the system.
- Send the originals of the powers of attorney signed by persons authorised to represent the company, together with a copy of the National Court Register, to the following address: Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Gas Market Development Division ul. Mszczonowska 4, 02-337 Warszawa. We also accept powers of attorney signed with a qualified electronic signature sent together with an extract from the National Court Register to the following address klient@gaz-system.pl
