Information Exchange System

The main objective of the Information Exchange System is to publish and exchange technical and commercial information between GAZ-SYSTEM and market participants, including:
  • shippers,
  • Distribution System Operators,
  • final customers,
  • entities interested in being connected to the transmission network.
Through the Information Exchange System (IES) GAZ-SYSTEM also fulfils the publication obligation under Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on conditions for access to the natural gas transmission networks and repealing Regulation (EC) No 1775/2005.

The IES ensures the security of the information exchanged. The system is accessible through a web browser and all data is transmitted using a secure protocol (HTTPS) with 256-bit SSL encryption.

    • access to operational and settlement data,
    • access to balancing information,
    • access to invoices,
    • access to contact details of GAZ-SYSTEM’ dispatching units.
  • The second section – Publications – is available without logging in and provides information available to the general public, published on the GAZ-SYSTEM website, i.e.:
    • information on available transmission ability and its short- and long-term projections,
    • transmission system map,
    • maintenance works planned in the transmission system,
    • quality parameters of the transported gaseous fuel,
    • others information required under Regulation 715/2009.
  • The third section – Contract Database – is intended for internal users (GAZ-SYSTEM employees).
