Application for services

1. Entities applying for regasification service or regasification services together with additional services shall submit an application for regasification services to natural gas liquefaction system operator to the following address:

2. The Operator shall consider the application for regasification service and inform the Applicant about the result of such analysis.

3. After having satisfactorily examined the application, the Operator shall provide the Applicant with a draft regasification agreement to conclude the regasification contract.

LNG Terminal services

GAZ-SYSTEM – the operator of the natural gas liquefaction system (LNG Terminal in Świnoujście) nominated by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, provides the following services:

Regasification services

Regasification services are provided by GAZ-SYSTEM as:

  • long-term or spot service package consisting of unloading LNG from the carrier, process storage, LNG regasification, and supplying the gaseous fuel to the exit point from the LNG Terminal.

Additional services

Additional services may be ordered only by LNG Terminal users using regasification services.

Additional services are defined in the Terminal Code or the tariff. Specific information regarding the provision of the services is provided in the Regasification Agreement and the Tariff.
