Secondary market and surrender of capacity
You may resell your allocated capacity to other system users on the auction platforms.
You may resell the capacity allocated at the interconnectors’ entry/exit points (FPWY/FPWE OSP) and at entry/exit points to/from the transmission system at the connections with the Final Customer’s installation (FPWY/FPWE OK).
In the event of capacity resale, all the rights and obligations resulting from the capacity and transmission ability allocation shall be transferred on the party that acquires the capacity.
Resale of capacity at interconnection points at the Poland-Germany border shall take place on the RBP in accordance with the rules of that Platform.
Resale of capacity at other international and domestic interconnection points shall take place on the GSA Platform in accordance with the rules of that Platform.
A detailed description of the procedures for the resale of capacity (contractual capacity) is included in point 19.6 of the NTS TNC and point 15.3.7 of the TGPS TNC.
You may surrender your allocated capacity at entry/exit points to/from interconnectors (FPWY/FPWE OSP) but you need to submit your surrender application on the respective platform.
We will allocate the capacity you surrender only after we have allocated all the available transmission capacity.
