The gas pipeline will be located in Lower Silesia province. Its route will run through the municipalities of Peclaw, Grębocice, Polkowice, Lubin.
- high pressure gas pipeline,
- diameter: 300 mm,
- operating pressure: 5.5 MPa (adapted to an MOP pressure of 8.4 MPa),
- length: approx. 39 km.

- the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

The gas pipeline will be located in Lower Silesia province. Its route will run through the municipalities of Peclaw, Grębocice, Polkowice, Lubin.
The construction of the Kotowice - HM Legnica Gas Pipeline, Northern Section (Kotowice - Krzeczyn) will contribute to improving the security of the transmission infrastructure and will increase the capacity of the region and the capacity of the transmission system.
The implementation of the investment will make the area more attractive for new investments and create new jobs.
An important benefit for the local community will be the property tax paid annually by GAZ-SYSTEM in the amount of 2% of the value of the transmission infrastructure under construction located in a given municipality. This will be an amount regularly flowing into the budget, which can be allocated to the needs of local communities.

The project is implemented on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 24 April 2009 on investments in regasification terminal for liquefied natural gas in Świnoujście (for consolidated text see Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1836).
Under a special act regulating gas infrastructure projects, compensation payments are guaranteed to the owners of the land affected by the project development.
The compensation payment process is carried out in accordance with an administrative procedure, under the supervision of the competent Voivode. First, an independent expert is commissioned to carry out an assessment, which is the basis for determining the amount of compensation. Upon completion of the construction process, the Voivode issues an administrative decision specifying the amount of compensation due.
