The data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) pending the withdrawal of the consent.

We wish to inform you that Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Spółka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Warsaw, at 02-337 Warsaw, ul. Mszczonowska 4, hereinafter referred to as “GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.” is the administrator of the data included in the form.

Personal data provided in the form will be processed in order to register for participation in the Conference. Providing contact details is voluntary.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit the processing, transfer the data, object to their processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl.

No automated decisions, as well as profiling, are made based on the personal data.

Personal data will be entrusted to the entity that will organize the Conference, in particular in order to prepare ID cards for participants and the attendance list.
