Recruitment process

STAGE 1

APPLICATION AND SELECTION
Submit your application responding to the advertisement of your choice and we will review it. If your qualifications match our expectations, we will contact you and invite you to a recruitment interview.

 

STAGE 2

RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW
The meeting is an opportunity to present yourself to your future manager. During the interview we will talk about your experience and skills, and get to know each other's expectations. Depending on the position you are applying for, there may be several meetings and in the case of a management position, we will invite you to take part in an Assessment Centre session.

 

STAGE 3

FEEDBACK
After the recruitment interview, we will inform you of our decision. You will receive feedback after each stage of the recruitment process - regardless of the outcome. If our decision is positive, you will receive an offer of employment.
 

STAGE 4

WELCOME TO GAZ-SYSTEM
Your first days at work you will spend on onboarding training, which will help you find your way around the company, learn about our organisational culture and the procedures which apply at the Company. You will also begin to settle into your new responsibilities by learning the specifics of your position. Don't worry – you will be supported throughout the process by your line manager and members of your team. Staff from the HR Division will also be on hand to provide assistance.
