Brussels Office
The Brussels Office of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. ensures effective representation of the Company's interests in the forum of EU institutions and close monitoring of gas-related developments in the energy sector of the European Union. The office also keeps track of and analyses legislative processes affecting the energy sector in Poland.
The Office started its activities in May 2008 and has since been a channel through which GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. closely monitors the activities focused on the energy sector undertaken by the European Commission, the European Parliament and other institutions, while proactively presenting its position. The Brussels Office of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. provides an opportunity for the exchange of experience and best practices with gas transmission system operators from EU Member States during various meetings and working groups based in Brussels.
The Company's Brussels Office is also engaged in monitoring and analysing EU support instruments that can be used for further development of the gas infrastructure in Poland.
