I am proud to have the opportunity to be part of the team implementing such strategic projects as the Baltic Pipe and FSRU, which will serve generations. Working on the construction of the offshore gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea and the floating LNG terminal has been an invaluable experience for me. I can develop my competences surrounded by specialists from all over the world who are willing to share their knowledge and experience. Working in an international environment also enables me to grow in the area of intercultural communication. Moreover, thanks to the skill improvement system in GAZ-SYSTEM, I can set new development goals for myself e.g. through periodic Development Talks, webinars, training, conferences or university courses. I use the acquired knowledge and new competences not only within my team but also in cooperation with other teams in the Company.
