Why do we need your personal data?
We collect your personal data because it is necessary for us to respond to the personal data enquiry that you send to us. Additionally, personal data will be processed for the legitimate purpose of keeping records of request for access to personal data and for exercising rights under the General Data Protection Regulation of 2016 (GDPR).
Who do we share the data with?
The personal data will be processed by:
-our employees, and
-the company providing website support and development services.
We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
What is the legal basis for the processing?
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR, which in this case means that your personal data will be processed based on you consent to the processing, given when filling in the personal data enquiry form. In addition, the basis for the processing of personal data consist in the legitimate purpose of GAZ-SYSTEM related to keeping records of incoming requests for access to personal data, and identifying situations of abuse of the right of access, i.e. situations in which the demands of the data subject are clearly unreasonable or excessive, in particular due to their repeatable nature.
How long will we process the data?
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the purposes of maintaining contact with a view to responding to your enquiry, and to prevent any abuse of the right of access.
What rights do you have? You have the right to:
- have access to the personal data, i.e. the right to obtain information about what data are processed, how and for what purpose.
- rectify, i.e. demand that the data be updated if it turns out that incorrect data have been collected or the data are no longer up to date.
- have the personal data deleted, i.e. to request that all or a part of the personal data be deleted. If the request is justified, we will delete the data immediately.
- restrict the processing, i.e. demand that the processing of data is limited to their storage. The restriction on processing may be waived after the conditions justifying the restriction of processing cease to exist.
- withdraw consent to the processing of your data relating, or, alternatively, object to the processing of personal data for the purposes related to situations which could involve the abuse of the right of access to the data.
- obtain your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- lodge a complaint against us to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
Do we make automated decisions, including profiling in your respect, within the meaning of the GDPR?
We do not use profiling based on your personal data. We also do not make any automated decisions.
