Please read the following guidelines concerning the graphic presentation of the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. corporate logo.

Gas Transmission Operator GAZ- SYSTEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at 4 Mszczonowska St., 02-337 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0000264771, NIP 527-243-20-41, hereby declares that it has exclusive rights to the trademark (in this case a combination mark) of GAZ-SYSTEM.

GAZ-SYSTEM is a legally protected trademark entered in the Register of Trademarks kept by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under application number 355292, trademark protection right number R.228542. The use of the trademark of GAZ-SYSTEM without the prior written consent of the owner of the trademark will be treated as an infringement of the right to the trademark or the right to the company name, and as an infringement on the company’s image. In particular, the use of GAZ-SYSTEM trademark in publications, websites, including social media sites, and other materials, the content of which discredits or is likely to discredit GAZ-SYSTEM or its products and services, infringes on its intellectual property or other rights or is in breach with Polish or international law, without the written consent of the trademark owner, is prohibited.
