The new Management Board of Polskie LNG

Photo of the article The Supervisory Board of Polskie LNG has appointed the new Management Board. Since August 1, 2017 Marek Drac-Tatoń will hold the position of the President of the Management Board, whilst Bartłomiej Słoma will be the Vice-President.
Marek Drac-Tatoń has Ph.D. in economy from the University of Szczecin and holds a chartered auditor’s certificate. He took the position of CEO in Management Boards of Nafta Polska and Polska Korporacja Inwestycyjna. He was involved in operations of Supervisory Boards of Zakłady Azotowe Tarnów and Zakłady Chemiczne Wiskord, acting as a Chairman, as well as of PKN Orlen, Zakłady Chemiczne Police. He gained his expertise in Ernst & Young, a consulting company,  and  Polskie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń. He was in charge of financial advisory and audit of financial statements in the Chartered Auditor’s Office.
Bartłomiej Słoma is a legal advisor, a graduate of Faculty of Law & Administration, University of Warsaw. He was a Member of Supervisory Boards in the companies operating in the power industry, incl. Poszukiwania Nafty i Gazu Kraków Sp. z o.o. and Siarkopol Gdańsk S.A. , where he also acted as a CEO. In 2006 –  2007 he worked in Department of Diversification of Power Carrier Deliveries, Ministry of Economy.  He has been Deputy Director of the Legal and Organizational Division, GAZ-SYSTEM.
Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. is a strategic company for Poland’s economy, responsible for transmission of natural gas and management of key gas pipelines across Poland. In addition,  GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. is an owner of Polskie LNG S.A., that was set up to build and operate the President Lech Kaczyński LNG Terminal, based in Świnoujście.
