MESSAGE BY GAZ-SYSTEM
Kindly be aware of the organisational solutions introduced by GAZ-SYSTEM in the view of the state of epidemic to ensure that the continuity of operations is maintained in all areas of the company.
GAZ-SYSTEM Management Board appointed a Crisis Management Team to constantly monitor the situation and initiate necessary preventive measures. To ensure the safety of our employees, GAZ-SYSTEM introduced an internal procedure to be followed in the case of suspected coronavirus infection of an employee, associate or guest. This procedure was introduced for all GAZ-SYSTEM facilities and its purpose is to mitigate, as much as possible, the risk of the virus spreading among the staff.
The company also changed its work organisation by introducing duty shifts and remote work, to ensure sufficient staffing, necessary to continue our operations. GAZ-SYSTEM is engaged in a broad coronavirus educational campaign for its employees. All personnel received relevant personal protective equipment and all premises are disinfected on an ongoing basis. The solutions introduced by GAZ-SYSTEM are aimed at ensuring provision of the transmission service as usual and continuation of all operational and investment tasks.
GAZ-SYSTEM monitors the situation, on an ongoing basis, among construction and design contractors. The Company maintains a continuous dialogue with contractors and suppliers. At this stage, all strategic investments are being carried out according to the planned schedules.
