GAZ-SYSTEM launches market consultation on the Open Season procedure for the FSRU Terminal
On the 17th of August 2021 GAZ-SYSTEM has launched market consultations on the Terms & Conditions of the Open Season procedure for the FSRU Terminal, as well as of all documents necessary to carry out the procedure.
The key aim of the Open Season procedure is to confirm the demand for new regasification capacities, and to collect clear signals from the market participants on the realisation of the investment. Phase 1 of the Open Season procedure for the FSRU Terminal is planned for October 2021, while the Phase 2 and the conclusion of the Regasification Agreements resulting therefrom should take place in 2022.
In connection with the launch of market consultations, GAZ-SYSTEM foresees at least one open meeting with market participants in the first half of September to provide information on the planned investment and the FSRU Terminal Open Season procedure. Information about the date and form of the meeting will be posted on the website.
GAZ-SYSTEM invites market participants, operators of adjacent transmission systems and respective regulatory authorities to participate in market consultations of the Open Season procedure documents. The submission of comments and remarks concerning the assumptions for the implementation of the investment, as well as documents regulating the course of the Open Season procedure, is open at the latest until September 13, 2021, 4:00 p.m. (CET) via the Comments Questionnaire available in the tab.
