Change in the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
On 30 June 2009, the Extraordinary General Assembly of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. made changes in the line-up of the Management Board of the Company. Igor Wasilewski was dismissed from the post of President of the Board. Jan Chadam, hitherto a member of the Board, has been appointed new President of the Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.
