New LNG Terminal Code - shall come into force on 1 January 2025 at 06:00 AM
The ‘Rules for Access and Operation of the Liquefied Natural Gas Regasification Terminal in Świnoujście’ (hereinafter ‘LNG Terminal Code’) operated by GAZ-SYSTEM were approved by decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of 19 December 2024.
The adoption of the LNG Terminal Code was preceded by a public consultation process.
The LNG Terminal Code sets down the rules for access and operation of the facility and prescribes the Regulations for the Provision of Regasification Services and Ancillary Services.
The LNG Terminal Code shall come into force as of the gas day beginning on 1 January 2025 at 06:00 AM.
