Completion of the Submission stage under Phase 2 of the FSRU Open Season Procedure

GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. informs that the submission deadline for Offers within Phase 2 of the Open Season FSRU Procedure, as set out in the GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.’s call to the Participant of Phase 1 with whom the Order to Proceed (OtP) was concluded as a result of an Order covering 100% of the FSRU Regasification Services made available by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. under the Procedure, expired on 7 July 2023. 

In the event that GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. concludes that the total level of FSRU Regasification Services submitted  in the Offer is sufficient to proceed with the construction of the Project, together with the information referred to in sec. 15.1.7, by the date specified in accordance with the Schedule, GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. will provide the Participant who successfully submitted their Offer in Phase 2 of the Procedure with a draft FSRU Regasification Agreement and FSRU Regasification Order.

In accordance with the General Implementation Conditions, the commencement of the registration phase for Phase 2 for new Participants and the subsequent stages of Phase 2 of the Procedure, including the provision of unbooked FSRU Regasification Services to the interested parties, will take place in the case FSRU Regasification Agreement and an FSRU Regasification Order covering 100% of the FSRU Regasification Services are not concluded with the Participant referred to above. GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. will notify of the details of the actions undertaken, in particular about the conclusion of the FSRU Regasification Agreement and Regasification Order on an ongoing basis. 

The purpose of the Binding FSRU Open Season Procedure is to confirm the interest of Market Participants in the regasification capacity of the FSRU Terminal declared in the submitted binding long-term orders for the FSRU regasification services that would substantiate the implementation of the FSRU development project by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. The new FSRU Terminal project envisages the construction of a Floating Storage Regasification Unit capable of offloading LNG, process storage and regasification of LNG in the area of Gdańsk. The FSRU terminal is to be designed to perform regasification of 6.1 bcm of gaseous fuel per year. The FSRU Regasification Services will be made available on condition that a positive Final Investment Decision is made by GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. by the date specified in the General Implementation Conditions.
